The Repertoire Orchestra and the Repetoire Strings are currently the largest orchestra and string group at the Music Centre with over 70 players of varying ages and a standard of around Grade 3 to 5. The orchestra has been directed by Ian Cumming since its formation in 1999 and he is assisted by violinist Elizabeth Porter. The Repertoire Strings has been directed by Angela Brennan since 2001 and concert performances often include pieces Angela has arranged especially for the strings.
